Here’s everything you need to know about grabbing your samples and why it’s such a great way to start your tiling journey!

No Risk, All Reward: Samples are free, and we’ve got a sweet deal on shipping that could end up costing you nothing (more on that below).
How It Works

Pick Your Favorites: You can order up to three full tile samples, with one sample per tile range (that’s three total to play with).

Shipping Made Simple: We charge a flat £15 (including VAT) for shipping 1–3 samples. The best part? If you buy tiles from the same range as your sample within 60 days, we’ll refund the sample shipping cost in full.

Claim Your Refund: Just let us know about your sample order and the order number for your tile purchase. Drop us a line at support@joja.uk or chat with us on the website, and we’ll handle the rest.

Big Tiles, Smaller Samples: For tiles larger than 60cm x 60cm, we’ll send a smaller sample from the same range with the same awesome design (if it’s available).

A Few Exceptions: Some ranges, like our 20mm thick tiles, aren’t available as samples, but we’ve got plenty of others to explore.
